What does this number measure?

The NASA/JPL launch press kit of 2020 gives the rover a length of about 3 m, excluding the robotic arm. Its width is about 2.7 m and its height 2.2 m. The drawing's width compares the body and running gear; the arm is folded in this view and does not add its 2.1 m reach to the dimension. Antennas, wheels and instruments are interpreted.
