What does this number measure?
NASA's fact sheet gives a radius of 0.92 Earth radii. The same ratio applies to diameters: 0.92 × 12 742.0168 km, or about 11 700 km. This is an estimate based on transit observations and a stellar model. The surface textures in this illustration are imagined; this drawing does not establish continents, an atmosphere, water or habitability.
Compare the stated dimensions
The comparison uses the number in each fact sheet: altitude, height, diameter, length or distance, depending on the reference. Two values in metres do not necessarily describe the same property.
Source and limitations
Radius ratio rounded to two significant figures; published solutions may differ. No resolved photograph of the surface.
Original artist's impression, not a photograph. The reference diameter follows NASA's ratio of 0.92 Earth radii; the surface, its colours and lighting are imagined, with no evidence for continents or an atmosphere.
